Terms and Conditions

  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee of $350 will be charged if smoking is detected in the room.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

  • Room capacity: Rooms sleep up to two people. The deluxe suite sleeps up to three people.

  • Children: Children under 12 are not allowed to stay at the hotel. The maximum number of guests per room is 2. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will be charged the full price of the reservation. If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full price of the reservation as a no-show fee.

  • Prepayment: No prepayment is required.

  • Taxes and service charges: A 10% government tax is added to the total price of the reservation. A VAT and city tax are not applicable.
