The easiest way to get here is to Fly either from Panama City (Albrook Airport) with Air Panama or Bocas Air
Major airlines from around the world offer connecting flights from many worldwide cities to connect through to Panama City. To book Air Panama or Bocas Air, you have to book this directly on their own website.
Please check the airlines above for their flight schedules; depending on where you are coming from and the time of your arriving flight, it may mean an overnight stay before your onward flight, we can provide recommendations for accommodation, and you get the bonus of the possibility of some sightseeing in, say, Panama City before heading out to use for total relaxation and the adventure of a lifetime. NOTE: Air Panama does not load flights into their system until 4 to 5 months before departure so if you are booking well in advance but don’t see any flights available with them, don’t worry they will load them in due course.
By Car or Bus
For the more adventurous, you could fly into Panama City, take a bus or drive to Almirante, and then take a water taxi to Bocas Del Toro.
The car drive to Almirante is about 10 hours in duration. Although you can bring a car to the Island of Isla Colon, it is not recommended as there are few roads and Taxis are relatively inexpensive to get you around. There is secure parking at Almirante for about $3 per day, or you could simply have a one-way Car rental.
Once in Almirante, you can then take the 20-minute Water Taxi ride to Isla Colon for around $7 p.p once on the Island, you then take a Taxi to Oasis Bluff Beach
Arriving in Bocas
Once arriving at Bocas Del Toro Airport, you will need to take a Taxi out to Bluff Beach and Oasis on Bluff. There are usually many Taxis available at the airport, and you should expect to pay $20 for the journey (per taxi, NOT per person); due to the uneven road, you need to take a ‘Truck style’ Taxi. We can arrange for a Taxi and driver to be there to meet your flight; make sure to let us know your flight details so we can take care of everything.
