Oasis Bluff Beach Terms and Conditions Cancellation and payment

  • Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest cancels on the day of arrival or is a no show, then they will be charged the total price.
  • Reservations made for the Holiday Period (Christmas &  New Year) are non-refundable.
  • No prepayment is needed unless booking within 30 days of arrival when a 50% deposit will be taken.
  • We accept most major credit cards however, we prefer accounts to be settled in cash (as do most establishments in Bocas Del Toro). Additional fees may be charged for those accounts settled with credit card
  • We highly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance to protect you against flight delays, changes to schedules or cancellations due to medical reasons. Travel insurance will protect you if you need to cancel during the cancellation fee period.

Children and Extra Beds

  • In keeping with our aim to provide a relaxing and tranquil environment for our guests, children under the age of 13 cannot be accommodated at Oasis Bluff Beach.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people


  • Pets are not allowed.


  • For the comfort of our guests (and for the observance of local laws), Oasis Bluff Beach is a no smoking establishment and so smoking is not permitted in the rooms or decking of the property. Smoking is allowed in the garden area, away from the house.
  • A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to the account if smoking has taken place in the room.

Guest Arrival Time

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Check-out from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • If you have requested pick up from the airport, we will need to have your complete arrival information into Bocas a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival so that we can make all the necessary arrangements for you.
