Here’s the small print!

We highly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance to protect you against flight delays, changes to schedules or cancellations due to medical reasons. Travel insurance will cover you if you need to cancel during the cancellation fee periods.

Cancellation Policy

Our Standard rate offers excellent flexibility. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days before arrival will incur a 100% cancellation charge. If the guest is a no-show, they will be charged the total price.

Children and Extra Beds

In keeping with our aim to provide a relaxing and tranquil environment for our guests, children under 13 cannot be accommodated at Oasis Bluff Beach. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people, except for our Suite Room, which accommodates three people. Friends brought to the hotel must be off the property by 10:30 – guests in violation of the occupancy limits will be subject to a $35 per person charge and risk the action of the remainder of their stay canceled with no refund.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

For the comfort of our guests (and for the observance of local laws), Oasis Bluff Beach is a no-smoking establishment, so smoking is not permitted in the rooms or decking of the property. Smoking is allowed in the garden area, away from the house.

A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if smoking occurs in the room.

Guest Arrival Time

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, don’t hesitate to contact us directly at relax@oasisbluffbeach.com, as we can sometimes arrange for early check-in; if not possible, we can always store your luggage. 

Check-out is by 11:00 AM

If you have requested pick up from the airport, then please let us know your flight details a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival to make all the necessary arrangements for you.

Damage to the Property, Fixtures, and Fittings 

Guests are responsible for all breakages they cause and can be subject to charges for items broken or property damaged.
